We do not accept any returns for products once they have been delivered.
Since each product is carefully crafted and often customized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns after delivery.
Refund Policy
In case of any refunds approved by 3D Haat, it will take 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes
Original Payment Method
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
Processing Time
The 7-business-day timeline begins after refund approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Notification
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and initiated.
When Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are only approved by 3D Haat in specific circumstances, such as:
Product defect or damage during shipping
Order cancellation before production begins
Wrong item delivered
Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
